If your dream is to become a chef, Florida Culinary Institute (a Division of Lincoln College of Technology) can help make that dream a reality. Since 1987, we have been sharing a recipe for success with our graduates at our esteemed culinary arts college. The culinary school offers a variety of diploma and associate degree programs in Culinary Arts, International Baking and Pastry, and Food and Beverage Management. The Associate of Science Degree Programs in Culinary Arts and International Baking and Pastry carry the coveted accreditation of the American Culinary Federation. In addition, the Food & Beverage Management Program is a partner in education with the National Restaurant Association. Recently, the college added a Bachelor of Science Degree Program in Culinary Management.
